A & Jay Automotive Warehouse is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Store Manager to join our growing team of Auto Parts professionals. The Store Manager is the ideal position for knowledgeable and energetic people who have a passion for efficiency, automotive parts, and believe in taking care of the customer and the power of teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Self motivated and results focused
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service and building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to identify and anticipate problems, challenges and opportunities by analyzing daily data and management reports
- Strong computer skills
- Prior management experience is preferred
- Parts background a plus

Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you will be working within an entrepreneurial atmosphere of which maintaining inventories and meeting sales and service quotas are a part.
- Scheduling, cash management, and customer service.
- Developing strategies to meet your customers’ needs.
- You will work closely with your salesperson to maintain customer service and store expectations.
- We will rely on your abilities to manage while providing the knowledge and tools to meet sales expectations.

Warehouse Stock Person
The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure the maintenance of proper stock levels.
- Using a Forklift on a daily basis (License would be required).
- Ensure new stock is immediately categorized and put in the proper location.
- Daily reception of inventory.
- Accomplish additional tasks as required by your supervisor.

Inside Sales Representative
As a Inside Sales Representative, you will primarily be focused on helping customers with their automotive replacement parts needs and questions.Strong customer service with a positive and professional attitude

Outside Sales Representative
The Outside Sales Representative works within a defined geographic territory to build strong relationships and increase sales with existing commercial customers while developing new commercial markets.
- Selling replacement automotive parts to repair shops and parts stores.
- Developing and executing a sales plan for your territory.
- Prospecting and generating new commercial business accounts.
- Maintaining and growing purchases of existing customer base.
- Introducing new product and marketing programs to customers.
